Elizabeth Hallett, Board Chair of Peace House in Ashland, Oregon, speaks about her life as a peace activist. She recounts that September 1, 2017 marks the 30th anniversary of Nuremberg Action Vigil at the Concord, California, Weapons Station in opposition to US support of wars in Central America. On this date the one of its leaders, Brian Willson, was maimed when he was intentionally hit by a train as he non-violently demonstrated on the track.
